Shrenik, the king of Magadh was the leading most king amongst the followers of Bhagwan Mahavir. Jain history knows him as Shrenik Bhambhasar, while the historians describe him as Bimbisar Shrenik. Shrenik was very intelligent, brave and adventurous and also an expert ruler.
